Barlborough celebrates the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee with the return of its legendary Flower Festival and a Summer Evening Concert
St James Church Barlborough usually celebrates its Festival of St James every year with a flower festival. After a two year hiatus we are delighted to announce that it is back – dates this year are Saturday 23th July – Tuesday 26th July. This year’s theme is the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee and will feature floral displays in our beautiful church of aspects of royal life including Trooping the Colour, the Coronation, Royal Ascot, Tea Parties and more. Clowne Parish Church celebrates the local community with a vibrant festival Our Festival of Clowne will take place on Saturday 25th June 10am-2pm at St John the Baptist Parish Church.
