7. Emmaus (Luke 24:30-31)

When he was at the table with them, he took bread, blessed and broke it, and gave it to them. Then their eyes were opened, and they recognized him; and he vanished from their sight.

Jesus walked with the two on the road to Emmaus, but they didn’t realise it was Jesus until he broke the bread.

How aware are you that Jesus is walking with you?

We adore you O Christ and we bless you

Because by your glorious resurrection you have given light to the world
