Hello from the Rector

Dear friends,

This weekend we celebrate the Patronal Festival of Clowne with our Summer Fair running from 10am-2pm on Saturday and our Festival Eucharist at 10am on Sunday. Clowne Infant School Choir will be singing at 11am and there will be a brass band on at 1pm. We hope you can join us for our midsummer celebration!

Thank you to those who’ve brought raffle prizes for the Big Barlborough Festival – we now have enough. We are still welcoming donations towards flowers for the flower festival.

Every blessing,

Rev Bryony

Here’s how you can help by joining the Parish Giving Scheme and giving by Direct Debit.

A regular gift really helps our cash flow, prevents the need for us to count cash and go to the bank (thereby keeping us safe) and the scheme automatically claims Gift Aid.

It gives all of us peace of mind – you’re not worrying about your envelopes with your cash gift piling up and we’re not worrying about loss of income – it’s a win win!
