Hello from the Rector

Dear friends,

We had a fantastic carol service at Barlborough last week with the children from Barlborough Primary School. There is more to come with our Dickensian Carol Concert this Sunday at 6pm and our Carol service at Clowne on Monday 23rd December at 7pm at which a brand new composition ‘The Shepherds’ Carol’ by Suzy Blagg our organist will be performed for the first time!

Then of course we have all of our Christmas celebrations and I really look forward to celebrating with you.

Please note that the service on Sunday 29th December will be at Clowne at 10am.

See you soon,

Rev Bryony

Here’s how you can help by joining the Parish Giving Scheme and giving by Direct Debit.

A regular gift really helps our cash flow, prevents the need for us to count cash and go to the bank (thereby keeping us safe) and the scheme automatically claims Gift Aid.

It gives all of us peace of mind – you’re not worrying about your envelopes with your cash gift piling up and we’re not worrying about loss of income – it’s a win win!
